1. CHOOSE PRODUCTS ANT PUT THEM IN THE CART!
Choose the product that you want! If you wish to see other brands or items from the same range, click on the link back to products, or from the categories list, located in the left side of the monitor. You have chosen what you want from our list. Click on the button add to cart and the product will be automatically put in your cart.
Quantity: If you want to buy more products from the same type, click on the box from the right side of the product name, and using the keyboard fill in the desired quantity, after that the order will automatically update. You can see anytime your shopping cart: it�s in the upper left corner of the page, right above the category list. If you are logged in and by mistake, you close the website, your order will remain in your account, until you will log in again. The products remain in the cart, until you will use the cancel the order button.
2. CHECK YOUR CART!
You finished shopping and you want to close the process. Get into your cart, by clicking on it: you can see now the shopping list. As you can see you can change both the products and the quantity from the list. If you no longer want to buy anything from the list, click on cancel the order. To confirm the product list that you want to be delivered, click on send the order. If you have not yet completed the necessary data for delivery, you can complete them directly in the window for order confirmation.
3. CONFIRM THE ORDER
After you finished, click on send the order. If you're not decided yet, you can still see the product list and make changes if you want to.
4. CHOOSE HOW YOU PAY!
You have two options.
Cash. What you bought can be paid in cash: wright away after the couriers had delivered the products to you.
Payment order. In this case you can pay at a bank, directly in our bank account. Important! Please make the payment after one of our operators will confirm the product availability and the order has been validated by receiving an email with the invoice, based on which you will make the payment. When the money are into our account, the product will be sent to you.
5. FIND OUT HOW YOU GET THE PRODUCTS!
The products are delivered in 24 hours in Bucharest and the province from the moment you confirmed the order. This period of time is valid only for working days (Monday � Friday). The orders that are made in weekend will be delivered in the first days of the next week. In Bucharest the products are delivered by our staff or by the delivery company NemoExpres Curier.
The orders sent until 14:00, from Monday to Thursday, will be delivered in 24 hours. The orders sent after 14:00, from Monday to Thursday, will be delivered in 48 hours. For the orders sent on Friday, delivery will be made optional on Suterday, or normal, Monday of the next week.
In the case of which the value of the order exceeds 1000 lei, the delivery is free of charged all over the country (in cities where there are branches NemoExpres, and except for unusual packages where the weight is higher than the volume, case in which the client pays for the delivery. Eg. carton of tennis balls, bucket with tennis balls, set of tennis lines, tennis net, tennis poles, and so on.).
