S.C. A&A SPORT TOTAL S.R.L. will comply with the Law 51/2003 to approve Government Ordinance no. 30/2000 regarding the legal regime of distance contracts, which gives the client (only in terms of the normative act mentioned) the right that in a period of 10 days to unilateral terminate the contract, following to receive within 30 days from the moment that the contract is unilateral close in writing (paper signed by the client and send by email or by post with delivery confirmation) the price of the contract, only if the goods are returned in the original package and they didn’t suffer any damage.
